In the field of healthcare, the well-being of patients is often compromised by instances of unsafe care or medical errors, leading to additional costs for both individuals and healthcare systems. Enhancing and fostering a culture of patient safety within the healthcare industry plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care provided to patients.
