Milk is a valuable source of essential nutrients that fulfill the dietary requirements of the human body. However, the addition of adulterants in significant quantities is prevalent to prevent spoilage, which poses a serious health risk. The objective of this study was to analyze packed milk samples in Nangarhar, Afghanistan to assess the presence of adulterants.
