Suv tanqisligi sharoitida o‘simliklarning chidamliligini o‘rganishda biokimyoviy markerlar hisoblanadigan peroksidaza, katalaza fermentlari faolligi, erkin prolin aminokislotasi miqdorini aniqlash katta ahamiyatga ega. Tajribalarimizda rangli tolali g‘o‘za namunalarining gullash davrida barg namunalaridan peroksidaza fermenti faolligi, katalaza fermenti faolligi va erkin prolin aminokislotasi miqdori aniqlandi. Suv tanqisligi sharoitida A-800, 011250 va A-1025 namunalarida peroksidaza fermenti faolligi, katalaza fermenti faolligi va prolin miqdori boshqa namunalarga nisbatan yuqori ko‘rsatgichlarga ega ekanligi aniqlandi.
